In this four-track course you will take a deep dive into how to succeed in business, identify your leadership style and understand the differences between how men and women lead. You will plan your goals, identify and map out a path to your future vision and design your personal work-life balance plan. You’ll create a professional value proposition answering the most important question: What makes you, your contributions and what you do unique? Identify what stands in the way of your success, look at mindsets and beliefs that are limiting your way forward. You can then apply these insights to successfully communicate and ask for money, as well as connect and negotiate with clients, partners, and vendors.
This is a hands-on, practical course that addresses challenges faced by balanced leaders, either as entrepreneurs or in their careers. The course is comprised of four modules that are each 35 to 45 minutes long. The fifth module or Accountability Track is 20 minutes long. Because this course is hands-on (not theoretical), it is highly recommended that you attend all four sessions, the Accountability Track, plus the mastermind training that is designed to empower you to identify your Super Skill, create your Professional Value Proposition, and learn how to pitch your ideas to your boss or clients. FOCUS: GOALS AND PERSONALITY
This introductory session includes the overview of The Women’s Code and this course. We focus on setting your goals with actionable items and fuel your commitment to achieving them. You’ll look at Time Management and how to create a Balanced Life Plan. You will gain a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve and begin to map out your path to success in business and beyond.
FOCUS: SUPER SKILL
You will take a deep dive into what makes you so unique and special, and how to use that to your advantage. Learn the key to authentically share your Super Skill with confidence and sincerity. Easily spot and utilize other team members’ strengths and diversity of thought to your strategic advantage.
FOCUS: PROFESSIONAL VALUE PROPOSITION
First you’ll dive into the ROI of Balanced Leadership and learn why knowing what you are really good at matters – a lot. You’ll learn how to identify commonly made mistakes in the workplace and how to avoid them. Men and women lead differently and knowing how to maximize the individual contributions of team members will put you firmly on a leadership track. FOCUS: CAREER ADVANCEMENT
In this final session we’ll eliminate self-doubt and you’ll learn how to speak with more confidence, gaining access to bigger opportunities. You already know the term unique selling proposition (USP) because it is the key to every marketing message and sales pitch ever made. Now you learn the unique facets of your personal value proposition so you can better articulate the value you to bring to the table to your boss, team or clients. THE ACCOUNTABILITY TRACK
In this track we will review the workbook and homework. This track will prepare you for the master mind groups meetings.
In this five-track course you will learn how to identify what stands in the way of your success. You will look at mindsets and limiting beliefs.
You will identify your own leadership style and understand the differences between how men and women lead. Knowing this, you can apply both styles to successfully negotiate, ask for money, and deal with clients, partners, and vendors.
Six online mastermind group meetings offer an opportunity to work on your pitch, present and implement it.
In this four-track course, you will 'deep dive' into how to succeed in business, compare female and male leadership styles and design your personal work-life balance plan. You will plan your goals, identify your future vision, and map out a path to get there.
