Why are you passionate about the topic you speak about?
I am so passionate about this topic because when I started in this business 12 years ago, I had just moved from Canada to USA, nobody knew me and I was attempting to enter into a field dominated by men - Internet marketing. After studying the field, I realized the first step was and still is - create a mechanism where you can capture a lead, communicate and enlighten about what you do, until they understand and want your help - providing you with warm and hot leads around the clock, along with the ability to sell while you sleep, nurture clients and deliver programs. So, my first action was to implement this technology, then I left it and started to write a book. After I had written my book - I turn to my list (as this was pre-social media days), and there were 3,000 people there. When I asked them to buy my book - they took me to #1 on Amazon for my book 31 Days to Millionaire Marketing Miracles. That moment was the catalyst to then having people reach out to me to coach them through the book, that got me 6 figures in my first few months of business, and that got me awarded new internet marketing success of the year from the World Internet Summit, who flew me all expenses paid from California to Singapore to appear on my very first stage in front of 3,400 delegates. That in turn got me picked up by the World Internet Summit to appear on their stages for 5 years with 15 other men, and that got more bestsellers, TV appearances, 3 motivational movies, speaking in 39 countries and awards from the White House and President Obama. I attribute my success still to the power of my database and the relationships that get nurtured on autopilot. To be an entrepreneur all you need to do is find a need and fill the gap.

What is one piece of advice you could share with our readers to uplift them in life and career?
Don't compare your beginning and middle to someone else's end. Be proud of where you are, and keep moving closer to where you want to be.
What is your favorite book and how did it inspire you?
Dianetics -The Modern Science of Mental Health - I always wanted to know why I thought the way I did, why I was the way I was, what was I doing here, why did I react that way - and FINALLY after a very long search I found ALL the answers I was looking for along with the way to improve myself.

What are some of the challenges you face as a speaker, expert or coach, or student and how do you overcome those?
Juggling all the rapidly changing moving parts that are a part of a technology business, and ensuring my clients stay on the leading edge and avoid the pitfalls of the bleeding edge, while implementing solid and proven business strategies. I overcome this by staying on top of the emerging technologies, testing and analyzing them in my own business, and only implementing them in clients when proven it will work for them.
